In order to gauge my motivation, I was assigned the goal of losing 5 kg on my own. He agreed to operate only after he was certain that I was motivated and mentally prepared for operation.

I underwent bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery) with Dr. G. Moinoddin at my friend's recommendation. I discontinue taking my diabetes medications right after surgery. During the two weeks of his high-protein diet, I shed 5 LGs. I shed 20 kg in about 6 weeks.
